Kerri Hurley

An accomplished professional with over 30 years of work experience, Kerri Hurley is the Director of Grants Management and has been part of the incredible team at the Barr Foundation for the last 24 years. 

She leads a team of five through contract administration and grantmaking, for charitable giving of almost $133M. She has experience with designing and implementing grants management technology systems, grants processes, compliance, budgeting, operations, data governance, and grantee relationships. She is a big believer in feedback loops and constantly trying to improve.

Hurley recently finished her Board service as Secretary of the Board of PEAK Grantmaking. She was also an active member of PEAK's Equitable Grantmaking Community of Practice, and its Nominating Committee. She is a member of PEAK's New England Regional Steering Committee, as well as a member of the Advisory Committee for the Summer Fund, a 52 year old donor collaborative at Philanthropy Massachusetts.
